We are not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on your order and no VAT invoice can be issued.

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may change these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to authorise your payment.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount payable for the goods.
• Delivery is charged separately from the price of the goods. Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is £1.99 and express delivery is £2.99. The delivery options available to you and their cost are shown before you pay.
• We take payment at the point your order is placed, using the payment methods shown at checkout.
• If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. The price and frequency of each plan are shown before you order. You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@thesundayclub.store. Cancellation takes effect for future deliveries; orders already dispatched are not affected.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to mainland UK addresses. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or outside the UK.
• Estimated delivery timescales are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.
• Goods are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.
• If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will let you know and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.

6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. For a subscription, this right applies to each delivery.

How to cancel

Tell us before the 14-day period ends by emailing support@thesundayclub.store with your name, address and order number. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. You do not have to use a particular form.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty or not as described.Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Refunds

We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you showing you have sent them). Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

7. Our 30-day guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is a voluntary promise and does not replace or limit the statutory rights described in sections 6 and 8. Contact support@thesundayclub.store to make a claim.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to:

• a short-term right to reject and receive a full refund, if you tell us within 30 days of delivery;
• a repair or replacement after that period; and
• a price reduction or a final right to reject if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the problem.

We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods. Please contact support@thesundayclub.store with your order number and details of the problem.

9. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Please check the ingredient information on the pack before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Our products are for household laundry use only and should be kept out of reach of children.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss arising from your failure to follow the product instructions.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

We supply our products for domestic and private use. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email support@thesundayclub.store and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
