Sodium citrate and baking soda soften hard water, so the wash works properly.

Before you join.
Is it safe for sensitive skin and children?–
Yes. Our formula is dermatologically tested, fragrance is IFRA-compliant with all allergens disclosed on pack. We don't use SLS, optical brighteners, or undisclosed perfume. Allergy UK approved.
How does the subscription work?–
Your first box ships within two working days. After that, a fresh box arrives every 8 weeks (adjustable). You can pause, swap your scent, change the cadence, or leave the Club at any time from your Members' page. No phone calls, no retention loops.
What if I want to try all three scents?+
Take the trio bundle as a one-time order, or rotate scents within your subscription — most members find a favourite after the first two months.
Will it work in hard water?+
Best results are in soft to medium water. If you're in a hard-water area, the sheets still clean effectively but may leave a slight residue at very high mineral levels. A water-softening tablet alongside the sheet sorts this for most homes.
Is the packaging really recyclable?+
Yes. The outer box is recyclable with paper/card. The inner sleeve is recyclable with plastic film. No mystery bioplastics, no greenwash.

Made in the UK at a small-batch facility in Yorkshire. Formulated with a UK perfumer in Surrey. We name our partners on request.
